Hey guys hope you all are good in this post I'll share some tips and diet plan for those who are really interested in losing weight, one thing I make clear, I am not professional trainer or health consultant but the information I am going to deliver in this post is authentic because after a lot of research I am writing this post I have watched hundreds of videos and read a lot of articles on weight loss after then I am writing this post. So just hope these tips will really give you benefit for reducing weight.Here I am going to share healthy meal plan which will definitely help you reducing 10 kg in 15 days. Does it seems impossible well trust me it just seems impossible but it is not in real. And you can do this by making healthy changes to your eating habits.This low caloric meal plan would facilitate quick weight loss in most healthy active adults. It is tried and tested by many people and is far the most effective low-cost and the easiest  way of weight loss meal plan ever, with the simplest of ingredients.

In the lunch have three boiled eggs,  an apple and a cup of green tea.The wealth of fibre an apple provides keep you feeling full for longer without costing you a lot of calories.Apples might keep you thin. Evening & Night

In the evening have the cup of green tea with an apple.In the night have the cup of green tea at least one hour before the bed time.For dinner have a bowl of oats you can add fruits and nuts for better results and taste.
